Let us spoil you in our cozy restaurant or at one of the many terrasses in the park with an exquisite menu or a delicious sandwich made from seasonal fresh and local ingredients, served with suitable fine wines from our well-assorted wine cellar.

We take pride in collaborating with local suppliers, foraging fresh berries, herbs, and other delicacies from the park and forest ourselves - which is adding that special touch to our chefs' creations. Our talented chefs prepare the menus with great respect for Danish culinary tradition, crafting light dishes bursting with flavor, yet we also indulge in delightful temptations like a sinful crème brûlée. Naturally, we also welcome vegetarian and vegan guests with delicious alternatives tailored to their preferences.

Every wine changes its character in interaction with the ingredients used in the dishes. To round off the taste experience, the right combination is essential.

The Bruun de Neergaard family has for decades had a passion for wines of the highest quality.
We are happy to share this passion with our guests and put together a matching wine menu, carefully balanced to best complement our dishes. Our selection includes wines of all price ranges from a wide variety of countries - with a particular focus on carefully selected wines from the hostess' homeland, Austria.
